FAQs

General

Which plan should I choose?
Start with Starter if you want Paragraph to help with light drafting, upkeep, and publishing tasks. Choose Growth if the agent will work every week across drafts, distribution, and analysis. Choose Scale if you have a larger team, more channels, or campaign-level work.

What are Paragraph credits?
Credits are spent when Paragraph does work for you: researching, drafting, editing, generating pages, analyzing performance, or running scheduled workflows. Quick fixes use a few credits, and bigger jobs use more.

What's included before I pay?
Your site, newsletter, posts, subscribers, archive, signup forms, and basic email sending are free forever. Paid tiers add agent credits so Paragraph can draft, distribute, maintain, research, and measure the work for you.

Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade whenever your workload changes. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades apply at the next billing period.

Agent and publishing

Will Paragraph publish things without me?
No. Big calls, like a new post, newsletter, campaign, or visible site change, come to you to approve, edit, or reject. Routine upkeep can keep moving, and everything the agent does shows up in your workspace.

Will it sound like me?
Paragraph learns from the work you have already published, so drafts start with your archive, topics, and voice. You still review the important work before it ships.

What happens when I run out of credits?
On Starter and Growth, we'll prompt you to upgrade when the next tier is a better fit. If Scale isn't enough, contact us and we'll help shape a custom plan.

Is my content and audience mine?
Yes. Your writing, site, subscriber list, and reader relationship belong to you. You can export your content and audience when you need to.

For companies

Do we have to move our main website?
No. Paragraph runs your blog or content hub on your own domain, usually a subdomain like blog.yourcompany.com. Your main site stays where it is.

Can you migrate our existing blog?
Yes. Bring your existing posts and subscribers with you, and keep publishing from your own domain. Scale includes hands-on migration support from our team.

What happens if we cancel?
Your site, posts, newsletter, and subscriber list keep working on the free plan. You can export your content and audience whenever you like.
