It looks like Base's management has passed from Jesse to Cobie. And as far as I can see, Base is trying to capture the Robinhood trenches. They must have been influenced by Robinhood's meme hype advertising. Base's strategy is terrible. You know, sometimes everything is actually very simple. Making money is one of those things. If you have a certain capital, all you have to do is wait patiently. To give an example of this: in 2020, when Uniswap was trying to settle things in DeFi, CZ cloned this system under the name PancakeSwap and it appeared before us as CAKE, and this achieved success in the 2021 bull environment and left a magnificent profit.

Actually, history repeated this in 2025. When Hyperliquid did this, CZ founded the Aster project with his team again and funded it from below. What needs to be done here is not swap etc. When it first came out, Aster was around 0.1 and went to a rise like $2.45 in just a few days. So this example is again CZ's search for an alternative and seeing that when you wait in the market, things are very simple and come right to your feet.

As Warren Buffett said, unfortunately, the concept of waiting does not exist in most people, and I am one of them. Einstein was right when he said those who expect different results by making the same mistakes are insane.

I’ve started reading The Richest Man in Babylon via a PDF I found on Google. Even though today’s financial landscape is completely different, the core principles have remained exactly the same for centuries especially when it comes to saving. I truly wish I had read this book in my twenties, right when I first discovered Bitcoin. Everything could have been so different.

If you are stepping into the crypto or financial world, the absolute most important thing for managing your wealth is education. If you stay educated, keep on the right path, follow the stars whose light never fades, and take advice from the right people in the right places, the tree you plant will grow much faster, and your life will finally get on the track you want.
